The 10 packs lessons are valid for 6 months, after that it will expire. (It will be the responsibility of the fencer and parent (Guardian) to know when the lesson is expired.) (Written permission to give lessons must be submitted annually.)
We can only rollover a lesson if the coach is unavailable for any reason.
Reservations are limited to a maximum of 40 minutes per day, and double bookings are not permitted. You may book available time slots on different days. Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.
On Boarding Process: If you do not have at least three (3) months of previous Fencing experience, you may be required to complete our introductory Private lessons at least 10 times before moving on to the regular group classes. CANCELLATION : Reserved private lessons must be canceled 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise the lesson fee will be charged in full.
The fencers who are in the invitation class and strength-conditioning class, must be canceled 24 hours before the class, otherwise the per day class fee will be charged in full.
